As a general rule, the arrival meeting will be in the afternoon between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

We ask you to give us your approximate time of arrival.

Late arrivals can be made independently, you will find the keys in the secure key box available to you in each cottage.

Departures must take place between 8 am and 10 am, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We are delighted to welcome you and your 4-legged friends.

When booking, please let us know if pets are accompanying you, a supplement of €30 including tax will be requested for your stay.

Of course your animals remain under your responsibility, they must not create noise pollution day and night, the neighbors must not be disturbed by their presence, and they must not cause any damage in the rental, whether this either in the house or outside.

Pets are not allowed on the beds and sofas, upstairs and in the spa.

The tenant must return the signed rental contract to us within 72 hours, accompanied by a deposit payment equal to 30% of the stay.

For payments, they must always be made by transfer to the bank account indicated or by French bank check, all bank charges remaining the responsibility of the debtor.

The balance is to be paid 7 days before the date of arrival in the premises.

For last minute bookings, the balance must be sent together with the signed contract.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay. It is due over the entire duration of the rental contract during which the tenants have the accommodation and at the rate of 1.1 € / adult / night, minors are exempt.

This payment can be sent to the owner with the balance, or paid on the day of arrival. No discount can be applied for this.

We are blessed with a warm oceanic climate.

It's good to live in Brantôme all year round.

From April until October we have pleasant temperatures with sunny days.

In summer the days are very pleasant with temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees in the shade.

We have rainy days all year round, hence our green forests, but it never lasts long between April and October.

We can't guarantee you sunshine and good weather, we don't have that power, but know that our region is pleasant all year round, and we we will be able to guide you if the weather is not on your side during your stay 🌦️☀️🌧️.

Tuesday mornings from June to September discover the farmers market in Brantôme.

During winter, from December to February, the Brantôme market is also a truffle market, every Friday morning, an opportunity to taste this black gold typical of Périgord.

The green Périgord is a land of gastronomy, you can treat yourself in many restaurants near the lodgings.

- La Table d'Emilie: Emilie and Ronald welcome you to their restaurant in the heart of Brantôme with a quiet and very well appointed terrace. You can taste delicious dishes based on fresh products, between foie gras, burger, duck breast, salmon and many other dishes according to the slate of the day.

- La Guinguette : A family story, this restaurant located in the heart of Brantôme is to be discovered, with its terrace on the banks of the Dronne. Have a good time tasting local products, a pizza, a nice piece of meat seared in the brazier and many other dishes all prepared on site... Friendly atmosphere with concerts organized in summer.

- Le Bistrot Saint Pierre: A family address renowned both for its traditional cuisine and for its convivial events. Taste and savor an evolving menu, highlighting Périgord gastronomy, but above all seasonal products. Bistronomic restaurant where traditional recipes have a place of choice but creativity is also at the rendezvous.

- Chez Faye farm inn: taste the products of the farm, a simple and convivial cuisine.

You can choose between two menus that always start with the traditional peasant soup, then starter, main course, salad, cheese and homemade dessert.

Meals are served in the dining room or on the covered terrace. Meals are served by reservation only from Wednesday to Friday evening and Saturday, Sunday noon.
